You must provide a clear photo reference and a brief character description. This helps me pose your character (ie, I'm not gonna draw a bubbly outgoing character cowering)

I will only be accepting 3 commissions at a time. I am a busy person, these take a long time, and I can only take so much.

You can request only 1 piece at a time. You may request more once I reopen commissions.

A waitlist will be open with 3 available slots for commissions.

Artworks will be digital only.

Payment will be PayPal only.

Half of payment will be required after I provide a sketch, half of payment will be required after I finish the piece and you approve it.

If you ordered a speedpaint, payment for the speedpaint will be requested after the piece is finished.

Payment through PayPal will require your email address. I will send an invoice shortly after sending the sketch. Only pay through the invoice.

To commission me you must submit a commission form. From there, I will accept or reject your commission. I can reject your commission for any reason. If I reject your commission I will let you know and give a reason why. You may submit a new order form if your commission is rejected.

Once I accept your commission, I will draft several sketches for you to choose from. Once you select a sketch, I will send an invoice for the first half of the payment. I will not continue working on your commission until the first half of payment is received.

I will then start lining, coloring, and shading your piece. You may ask for WIPs at any time. This process generally takes me between a week and 2 months depending on my health, the complexity of the piece, and your spot in the queue. I may need more time, life happens. If I need more time I will let you know.

Once I finish the piece, I will send a watermarked finished piece for you to evaluate. I can make minor changes (ie slight alterations to lighting, colors, etc) for free, but major changes will cost an additional fee. Once you are satisfied with your piece, I will send an invoice for the second half of payment.

Once the piece is paid for in full, I will send the unwatermarked PNG and PSD files, as well as the link to the speedpaint if you requested one via your preferred method of sending. I do not send video files for speedpaints.

I am a busy person. I work 2 jobs. It can generally take at least 1 week and up to 2 months for me to finish an image depending on my health, the complexity of the image, and your place in my queue. I may require additional time as life happens. If I need more time I will let you know.

The time frame begins the day I accept your commission and ends when I finish your commission.

You may ask for a wip at any time.

No major changes will be made after I start working on the piece after showing the sketch. A fee reduction may apply if I deem it fit.

All commissions will be digitally sent only and will include a png and psd file.

If you order a speedpaint, know that there is a possibility that video footage can be lost. In this case you will not be charged and you will lose the speedpaint.

I have the right to cancel your commission and refund you at anytime. (life happens)

You may cancel a commission at any time and get refunded so long as the piece isn't finished. The refund amount will depend on the percentage of the piece I have finished.

By ordering a commission, you agree to all of the terms of service.

I retain the copyright of all pieces drawn by me.

I do not consent to the use of any drawings made by me to be used to train any AI

You may use any piece commissioned from me as you please on the condition that it is not resold. It can however be gifted. Once commissioned, the artwork belongs to you to use as you please for personal, non commercial use.

Please credit me when you use your piece.

All commissioned pieces may be used to promote myself in the form of posts on social media, commission sheets, etc, with credits unless specified otherwise by commissioner prior to completion of their piece.

These terms of service may change at any time. Commissioners will be held to the Terms of Service version posted at the time of commissioning. It is on the commissioner to keep track of said version.
